Kelly worked as my Virtual PA from 2005 to 2008 In all that time I found her completely trustworthy and reliable, highly competent and willing. Her typing was excellent, and her layout skills and creativity added considerably to my presentations.
Most of all, however, she was consistently pleasant, courteous and helpful, not just to me but very importantly to all my clients. She is just great on the phone. I think this is rare in a virtual PA. She developed professional, friendly and diplomatic relationships with each client. I have an international client base and sometimes this makes for complex arrangements that might have caused difficulties for a less experienced or mature PA. Not for Kelly! She became an invaluable part of my Executive Coaching team. Clients relied on her to manage the diary for them and go out of her way to help them. She never let them down and was always unstintingly generous with her time, often going beyond the call of duty to do a superb job.
When Kelly left for Australia, I confess I had mixed feelings - I was delighted she had found happiness with Adama, her partner, and that she was setting out on an adventure of a lifetime, but I was also bereft. How would I ever find soemone to take her place? I recommend her wholeheartedly to her future clients. Should anyone need a more detailed reference they need only contact me.
